Sure it _could_ be edited down into one "perfect" record with no filler, but the point of a double record is to turn the treasure chest upside down and pour all the gems out with all the rest of the stuff. It's not "here's my final vision", it's "here's every little thought in my head"! And from a special artist like Robert Harrison, it's a treat to see it all.<BR/>I was shocked, by the way, to learn that Prefab Sprout's _Jordan: The Comeback_ fit on one vinyl record.
